Job Description

IT Support Executive, focused on maintaining system uptime, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring user satisfaction:

1.

System Uptime and Availability



KRA:

Maintain high availability and reliability of critical IT infrastructure (servers, network, and communication systems)
2.

Incident Resolution Efficiency



KRA:

Ensure rapid diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents and service requests to minimize downtime.
3.

User Satisfaction and Support Quality



KRA:

Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end-users across all departments
4.

Preventive Maintenance and Security Compliance



KRA:

Proactively manage IT assets, conduct regular maintenance, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
5.

IT Asset and Inventory Management



KRA:

Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize the lifecycle management of all IT assets.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
