Job Description

Server & Network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security, Data backup

Assists with maintaining information security through controlled hardware or software installation and educates staff on IT Security measures

Training on Software provided to the Staff concerned if and when required.

Maintaining & Upgrading domain for Leebo & Omega

Monitor servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverage

Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software and hardware

Install Operating Systems. Install and Up-grade Technical & Networking Systems and configure wireless networking equipment. Ensure Control over Computer Systems installed for various activities

Assist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and features

Consult with vendors and clients to integrate and update company technology

Support Tally ERP & other Software at Office & Plant

Updating all networking sites and our websites & trouble shooting for smooth functioning

Offers troubleshooting, support, and repair when IT equipment or networks malfunction

Oversee troubleshooting for system errors or disorders for Mumbai Office / Plants, Set up equipment for new users and employees and provide IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users

Provide helpdesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
