We are seeking a dynamic and innovative IT Executive to join our team in Udaipur, India. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's IT operations, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the efficient management of our IT infrastructure.

Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that address business needs Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and IT assets Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for IT team members Analyze and report on IT performance metrics to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or related roles Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices Proven experience in project management and implementing IT solutions Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in budget management and cost control Experience with IT security protocols and risk management Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with business objectives Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles Strong understanding of current IT trends and emerging technologies Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT certifications are preferred * Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
