Job Description

Job Summary:



We are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations in our stock broking firm. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are running efficiently, provide technical support to users, manage trading terminal setups, and assist in maintaining cyber security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:



System & Network Support:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, servers, printers, and LAN/WAN networks. Monitor internet connectivity and resolve any network issues promptly. Maintain and troubleshoot internal and client-side trading platforms like NSE, BSE, MCX, ODIN or rest trading software etc.

Software Installation & Maintenance:

Install and update financial and stock trading software. Ensure antivirus software is updated and systems are secure. Assist with software licensing and compliance.

User Support:

Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware and software issues. Train employees on using trading terminals, back-office software, and security protocols.

Trading Terminals & Data Feeds:

Set up and maintain trading terminals for dealers and relationship managers. Manage real-time data feed connections and ensure uninterrupted service.

Backups & Data Security:

Perform regular data backups and ensure proper storage. Support cyber security efforts, monitor potential threats, and apply system updates.

IT Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain records of hardware and software inventory. Keep documentation of configurations, passwords, and software licenses.

Coordination with Vendors:

Liaise with software vendors (e.g., NSE, BSE, MCX, CDSL) for support and updates. Coordinate with internet and hardware service providers.

Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a stock broking or financial services firm. Familiarity with trading software (ODIN, RUPEESEED, SYMPHONY, etc.). Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure during market hours.

Working Hours:



Market hours (typically 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), with flexibility for early setups and late support during high activity days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
