Job Description

1. System & Network Support

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, POS machines, and networking devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime. Monitor internet connectivity, LAN/WAN performance, and firewall settings.

2. Store & Warehouse IT Operations

Provide on-site and remote IT support for

retail outlets, warehouse systems, and billing operations

. Ensure POS terminals, barcode scanners, printers, and weighing machines function efficiently. Support integration and synchronization of billing systems with the central server.

3. Data & Software Management

Assist in

ERP / billing software management

, user creation, access control, and data backup. Coordinate with the software vendor for bug fixes and feature updates. Maintain software license compliance and system version control.

4. CCTV & Security Systems

Monitor and maintain CCTV, access control, and attendance systems. Ensure regular data backup and proper functioning of security devices.

5. Email, Backup & IT Assets

Manage company email configuration, backup systems, and antivirus updates. Maintain an updated IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, routers, POS systems, etc.). Ensure proper tagging and allocation of all IT equipment.

6. User Support & Coordination

Provide timely IT support to all employees across departments. Coordinate with regional IT managers for escalations and network-level issues. Train users on new systems, applications, and IT security practices.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain service request logs and IT issue tracker for audit purposes. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on IT performance, issues, and resolutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
