About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

IT Executive

to support our growing organization. The primary responsibility will be to

plan, implement, and manage an ERP system

within the office, ensuring smooth backend setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. The role also includes handling general IT requirements for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Management

Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system for internal operations. Gather requirements from different departments and design workflows accordingly. Set up modules, user roles, access permissions, and backend configurations. Integrate ERP with other tools/software as needed. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Office IT Support

Manage office hardware & software setup (computers, printers, networking, etc.). Maintain servers, LAN/WAN, firewall, backups, and security protocols. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions to staff. Ensure smooth functioning of email systems, cloud storage, and collaboration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience with

ERP implementation or ERP administration

(any platform: Microsoft, Odoo, SAP, Zoho, Tally Prime Server, etc.). Strong understanding of backend setup, databases, and system configuration. Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and IT security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and server issues independently. Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in construction/engineering/PMC companies is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Familiarity with automation tools or API integrations.
