We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient

IT Executive - E-commerce

to manage and support our e-commerce platforms and company websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce technologies and web management, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms including

Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento

. Update and manage the company website using

HTML, CMS, and WordPress

. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and online sales activities. Troubleshoot and resolve website or platform-related technical issues promptly. Ensure website and platform security, uptime, and performance optimization. Prepare and share regular reports on e-commerce performance, including traffic, sales, and user behavior. Assist with implementing SEO best practices and web analytics tracking. Work with third-party vendors or development teams when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platform management and website maintenance. Proficiency in

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, WordPress, HTML, and CMS

tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience in supporting digital marketing and sales teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English

(mandatory). Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
