Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive located in Kochi. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, managing network administration tasks, overseeing information technology systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Day-to-day tasks include system maintenance, user support, network configuration, and managing IT assets.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

Experience in Network Administration tasks

Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Relevant certifications in IT support and network management are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
