Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Executive to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and supporting end-users to maintain optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software applications. Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems. User Support: Assist end-users with technical queries, both remotely and in-person. System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain IT equipment to ensure optimal performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and IT inventory. Network Support: Assist with basic network configurations and troubleshooting. Security: Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and best practices.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
