Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches & firewalls.

Maintain connectivity between hotels & corporate office.

Support PMS, POS & booking system integrations.

Handle system installations, troubleshooting & updates.

Manage Windows Server, Active Directory & data backups.

Ensure antivirus & network security compliance.

Coordinate with ISPs & IT vendors for maintenance.

Required Skills:

Strong networking & hardware knowledge.

Hands-on with routers, switches, firewall setup.

Windows Server / O365 / Cloud email management.

CCTV, biometric & access control system knowledge.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in IT / Computer Science.

2-5 years of IT experience (hospitality preferred).

CCNA / MCSE / Network+ certification preferred.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving & troubleshooting ability.

Good communication & coordination.

Ability to manage multi-property IT operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
