The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the hospital's IT systems, network infrastructure, and software applications to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves providing technical support to staff, maintaining data security, and coordinating with vendors for system maintenance and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot all
hospital IT systems
, including computers, printers, servers, and network devices.
Manage and monitor
Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR, and software applications
.
Provide
technical support
to hospital staff for hardware and software-related issues.
Ensure
data security, backups, and system integrity
in compliance with hospital IT policies.
Manage
user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
.
Coordinate with
vendors and service providers
for maintenance and procurement of IT equipment.
Support
CCTV, biometric systems, and communication networks (LAN/Wi-Fi/Internet)
.
Monitor
server performance and antivirus protection
.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, service requests, and system updates.
Assist in
training staff
on hospital IT tools and software usage.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in IT support, preferably in a
healthcare or hospital environment
.
Knowledge of
networking, hardware troubleshooting, and hospital software systems (HIS/EMR)
.
Good understanding of
data privacy and security protocols

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
