The IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring that all technology systems, hardware, and software are functioning efficiently. This role will involve troubleshooting, support healthcare applications, and ensuring that IT systems comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide first-line support for hospital staff regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to IT-related incidents, prioritize and resolve technical issues, and ensure minimum downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.

Healthcare Application Support:
Assist with the setup and management of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and other critical healthcare applications.
Support users in utilizing software tools and applications specific to hospital operations.

Network & Systems Administration:
Manage and monitor the hospital's internal network, ensuring secure and uninterrupted communication.
Perform routine backups, software updates, and ensure the security of sensitive healthcare data.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and functioning effectively.
4.
Training & User Support:
Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on new IT systems and applications.
Assist with troubleshooting user errors and ensure that employees are educated on best practices for using hospital systems.
5.
Inventory & Documentation:
Maintain an inventory of IT assets such as hardware, software, and network equipment.
Prepare documentation related to system configurations, network setups, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
1 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
Skills:
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role (some after-hours support may be required).
Availability for occasional on-call support.
