We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Professional to manage and support all software platforms used across the organization -- including HRMS, inventory management systems, marketing tools, and other business applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all organization-wide software systems (HRMS, inventory, CRM, marketing, etc.)
Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for integration, updates, and issue resolution
Ensure data integrity and security across platforms
Provide user support, training, and guidance to staff as needed
Handle software installations, upgrades, and configuration management
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime
Collaborate with various departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
Maintain documentation for all software systems and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) - Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise software platforms
Strong understanding of HRMS, inventory management, CRM, and marketing automation tools
Good knowledge of system integrations, database handling, and basic networking
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
