Deccan Finance Limited is seeking a proactive IT Executive / IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support and ensure smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves handling help desk operations, resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting business applications and tools. Roles & Responsibilities
Provide IT Help Desk support to internal users across the organization.
Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries via WhatsApp, Email, Calls, and Microsoft Teams.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
Support and manage all IT applications, tools, and portals used by the organization, including basic AI-based tools.
Coordinate with IT vendors and technical consultants for issue resolution and system maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, system, and basic AI tool-related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and provide proactive support to minimize downtime.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, processes, AI tools, and support activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
2 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Help Desk / IT Operations.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and portals, with a basic understanding of AI tools.
Good communication skills with the ability to support users across multiple channels.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple IT tasks independently.
Experience in coordinating with vendors or IT consultants is an added advantage.
