We organize both fixed departure and tailor-made journeys, enabling travellers to explore the world in custom-fitted 4x4 vehicles as part of a secure, guided convoy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to a 40-50 member team (laptops, software, internet). Manage IT infrastructure - Wi-Fi, networks, firewalls, and security systems. Install, configure, and maintain laptops & applications. Handle user accounts, email setups, backups, and data security. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and AMC. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in IT support/system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, Google Workspace/MS 365. Hands-on experience with antivirus, backup systems, and firewalls. Problem solver with excellent communication skills.
