Key Responsibility
Technical Support:
Provide first-line support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
System Maintenance :
Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and workstations to ensure smooth operations
User Management:
Manage user accounts and access to systems, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their jobs
Security :
Implement security measures such as two-factor authentication, monitor for anomalous activity, and ensure confidential information is protected.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of all IT activities, support issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field like Computer Science, BCA, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or a similar technical role.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software, with knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with basic networking concepts, LANs, and VPNs.
Understanding of digital security tools, data backups, and best practices for data protection.
Strong analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
