IT Executive - Svenska Design Hotels

Location: Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore

We're looking for a skilled IT Executive to keep our hotel operations running smoothly.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Hotel Systems (PMS):

Minimum 1 year experience using

IDS Software

(or similar hotel Property Management Systems) for daily operations and support.

Technical Support:

Minimum 1 year general IT experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.

Hardware Maintenance:

On-site repairs and maintenance for

telephone systems

electronic door locks

, and

biometric punching machines

Networking:

Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
