Job Description
:
- Provides technical support in the use of personal computers (hardware & software).
- Set up and configure desktop/ laptop. Look after the installation of cameras and their maintenance for all office locations.
- Install software and repair hardware.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures, and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate. Serves as a technical resource to the organization.
- Maintains, updates, or creates systems, databases, and web pages using front-end user-enhanced web tools within prescribed guidelines
- Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems.
Educational Qualification: B. Tech in I.T/ BCA Experience:
