Key Responsibilities
Provide
IT support
for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain
hardware, software, and operating systems
.
Manage and troubleshoot
LAN/Wi-Fi networks
, internet connectivity, and routers.
Maintain user access, email IDs, system permissions, and data security.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, AMC, and IT purchases.
Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Support internal tools such as
ERP, HRMS, WMS, attendance systems
, etc.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Assist in setting up systems for new employees and exits (IT onboarding/offboarding).
