Job Title: CCTV Technician/IT Support(Hardware and networking)
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV / IP camera systems
Monitoring live camera feeds and reviewing recorded footage
Troubleshooting camera, DVR/NVR, cabling, and power issues
Ensuring proper camera coverage, focus, and night-vision performance
Managing camera backups and data storage
Coordinating with IT/EDP team for network-based cameras
Maintaining camera logs, access control, and security compliance
Providing day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software
User support for login issues, email, internet, and basic application problems
Supporting ERP / SAP B1 users (basic level)
Monitoring and maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
Data backup support and basic security practices
Maintaining IT asset records and support logs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
