The person should have 2 to 3 years of experience in
1.ERP User Support (Microsoft Dynamics NAV Preferable) & ERP Vendor Coordination
2.ERP User Access, Role Management & Permission Handling & Data Backup
3.Desktop, Laptop, Printer & Basic Network (LAN/WiFi) Troubleshooting
4.Hardware / Software Issue Resolution & Coordination with IT Vendors
Qualification- BE /DME- IT
