Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and application failures.
System & Network Management
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Ensure regular data backups and recovery processes.
Software & Hardware Management
Install and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
Manage hardware inventory and software licenses.
User Assistance & Training
Assist employees with IT-related queries and provide basic training.
Document common solutions (FAQs, user guides) for reference.
Coordination & Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Support IT infrastructure upgrades and new project rollouts.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain IT asset records, support logs, and incident reports.
