Position: IT Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: 25000/- to 35000/-
Experience: 2+ Year experience

Key Responsibilities:

Software Operation: Assist teams in the daily operation of construction-related software (ERP, project management, billing, accounting, CRM, etc.).

Employee Coordination: Train and support site engineers, office staff, and managers in using company software effectively.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve software glitches or problems faced by employees.

Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with software vendors and technical support teams to escalate issues and implement fixes or updates.

System Monitoring: Ensure all systems, accounts, and applications are running smoothly without disruption.

Documentation: Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and updates for future reference.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance software efficiency and user experience.

Basic IT Support: Assist with basic IT hardware or connectivity issues when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,275.78 - ₹34,473.41 per month

Work Location: In person
