About the Role

We are seeking a

dynamic and hands-on IT Executive

to handle

LED display operations, field-level networking, and technical maintenance

.

Key Responsibilities

Display & Hardware Support

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in LED displays, media players, and routers. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and testing of display systems. Install and configure new display setups at client locations.

Networking & Connectivity

Set up and maintain routers, modems, and LAN/WAN connections. Diagnose and fix internet connectivity or data transmission issues. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for smooth network operation.

Field Support

Visit client sites (apartments, commercial spaces, communities) for on-site support. Perform preventive maintenance and report technical findings. Maintain service reports and update system logs for all visits.

General IT Support

Manage IT inventory -- routers, cables, media players, etc. Provide assistance in office IT configurations when needed.

Qualification & Skills

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Computer Science, IT, or Electronics

1-3 years

of experience in IT support or field service (Freshers can apply). Solid understanding of

LAN/WAN, IP setup, routers, switches

, and

Windows systems

. Excellent

problem-solving

reporting

skills. Must have a

two-wheeler

and a

valid driving license

. Willing to travel across multiple client sites daily.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
