- Be able to learn Word Press Tool quickly
- Interacting with portal User to guide them for order placement.
- Observing order flow @ Portal and report to Team Leader for further processing
- Escalate the delayed order service by Supply Chain Team to Team Leader for issue resolution & service expedition.
- To handle portal user complaints with positive mind and escalate the same to Team Leader to improve portal performance thus portal visitor experience improvement.
- Continuously observing the portal user traffic and report any short comings to Team Leader immediately.
