Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform( product uploads, order flow, payment system)
Maintain and update company websites for an excellent user experience
Coordinate with cross functional teams to support marketing and sales campaigns
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Prepare and share regular reports on e-commerce performance
Requirements:
Experience with e-commerce platforms(Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Familiarity with website management (HTML, CMS, WordPress, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
