Ramsons Perfumes is looking for a skilled, proactive, and technically sound

IT Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on IT knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers and basic networking devices. Provide end-user support for

Microsoft Office 365 applications

(mandatory requirement). Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software to ensure smooth IT operations. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently and within timelines. Work with Linux-based systems (knowledge of Linux will be an added advantage).

Required Qualifications

Must possess

at least one valid IT certification

from

Cisco, Microsoft, RedHat

, or a

diploma from a reputed institute such as Jetking

.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Linux operating systems is preferred.

Experience

Minimum

1 year to 3 Years

of relevant IT experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
