Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist senior IT staff in resolving system and application-related problems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support in managing user accounts, email configurations, and access rights.
Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Document IT incidents, solutions, and maintain logs.
Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and timely escalation of issues.
Provide technical support to employees in person, via phone, or remote tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0-2 years of relevant IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with the IT team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
