Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



1. Alankar (ERP) System Management:



o Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Alankar system.

o Ensure system integration and data consistency across different modules of the Alankar system (purchasing, inventory, finance, etc.).

o Troubleshoot and resolve any Alankar-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations.

o Train staff on Alankar system functionality and continuously look for process improvements within the system.

2. Hardware and Network Management:



o Manage and maintain company hardware infrastructure including computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.

o Administer and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks, ensuring robust connectivity across all departments.

o Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

o Oversee software installations, updates, and patches to keep systems up-to-date and secure.

3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:



o Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring rapid resolution.

o Perform regular system backups and data recovery to ensure business continuity.

o Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements to optimize operations.

4. System Integration & Continuous Improvement:



o Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions align with business needs and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

o Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to improve business functions.

o Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend suitable innovations to optimize business operations.

5. Compliance & Documentation:



o Ensure IT operations and practices comply with AS9120 standards and industry regulations.

o Maintain detailed documentation for IT systems, network configurations, and software inventories.

o Assist in internal and external audits related to IT systems and infrastructure.

Experience:



Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT support, ERP management, and network administration. Proven expertise in managing ERP systems, troubleshooting IT hardware, and network administration. Experience with Business Application.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+), or IT security (CISSP, CEH) are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹34,900.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
