Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and printer issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity. Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor system performance and ensure systems are operating efficiently. Support the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Assist with regular backups and data recovery tasks. Work with vendors or third-party service providers when necessary.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6 Months -2 years of experience in IT support or similar role (Freshers may apply). Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems. Knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, antivirus, and system tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):



Experience with ticketing systems or IT helpdesk tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS, Azure). Exposure to cybersecurity best practices.
