Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Installation, shifting and troubleshooting of CCTV Cameras.
Installation, shifting and troubleshooting of LAN/NETWORKING.
Prepare & strictly follow the daily reporting & prepare MIS.
Monitoring of IT related stock & critical spare.
Installation and configuration of OS (Windows/Linux) and necessary applications.
Regular data backup of important systems.
Ensuring systems follow IT security protocols.
Monitoring antivirus status, system health, and preventing unauthorized access.
Maintaining inventory of all IT equipment and accessories.
Managing issuance and return of IT assets to employees.
Coordinating with developers/service providers for advanced issues.
Providing quick support to employees for daily IT problems.
Ensuring timely resolution of tickets/issues.
Maintaining logs of IT issues and actions taken.
Coordinating with management and vendors for IT requirements.
Ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1-3 Years
SALARY:
?2,00,000 TO 3,00,000 CTC PER YEAR (BASED ON INTERVIEW IF PERON IS MORE KNOWLEDGABLE THAN 10-15% HIKE ON CURRENT SALARY)
