We are seeking a technically proficient and forward-thinking ERP & POS Systems, IT System Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our centralized ERP, POS, Warehouse, and E-commerce systems across our multi-store grocery chain.
Eligibility Criteria
Proven work experience as a technical support executive or in a similar IT role.
Experience in ERP software implementation, including identifying suitable ERPs, arranging demos, and coordinating with the management for suitable ERP or software vendors for FMCG retail and e-commerce.
Must be comfortable visiting retail stores to resolve IT-related issues like hardware, network, software, etc.
Prior experience in IT or technical support roles is required.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with store employees to understand and resolve IT issues.
Escalate the issues of Hardware, software through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat or visiting the store place until it gets resolved.
Visit retail stores in Davanagere, Ranebennur, Hirekerur, and nearby areas for on-site IT support.
Coordinate with management for ERP software implementation and vendor discussions.
Conduct POS and ERP training sessions for store and warehouse staff.
Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and system updates.
Technical Skills & Experience
1-4 years of experience in IT, ERP/POS administration (preferably in retail/FMCG).
Strong analytical skills to compare tools/vendors with documented pros/cons.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
