We are seeking an IT Executive to manage and support our company's IT infrastructure, systems, and users. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and maintain company networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Manage data backup, recovery, and ensure system security.
Handle email configuration, ERP/software support, and antivirus management.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely updates, patch management, and compliance with IT policies.
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and networking concepts.
Familiarity with MS Office 365, ERP systems, and cybersecurity practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
