Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of IT resources.
Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for staff.
Maintain data backups, security protocols, and antivirus protection.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors promptly.
Manage email systems, internet connectivity, and other communication tools.
Assist in implementing new IT solutions and upgrades.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
Ensure compliance with data protection and IT policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
Experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Understanding of data security practices and antivirus management.
Familiarity with server management and cloud applications (e.g., Google Workspace
