As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with executive IT support and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems.

• Manage and maintain the company\'s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software as needed.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, implementing and maintaining necessary security measures.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving any potential issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement new IT projects and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT technology, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.
