We are seeking an IT Executive to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of desktop systems, camera equipment, networking devices, and live-streaming setups. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and AV/IT coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for desktop hardware, software, OS issues, and peripheral devices.
Manage and troubleshoot camera setups, teleprompters, and live-streaming equipment.
Configure, monitor, and maintain L2 and L3 network switches.
Ensure reliable network performance and assist with basic network troubleshooting.
Set up and support AV systems for events, webinars, and live broadcasts.
Maintain documentation for IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in desktop support and IT operations.
Hands-on knowledge of L2/L3 switches and basic networking concepts.
Experience with camera systems, teleprompters, and live-streaming tools.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
