Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting software, hardware, networking, and CCTV systems. Ensures smooth IT operations and provides technical support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain computer systems, printers, and CCTV cameras.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage data backup, antivirus, and system updates.
Coordinate with vendors for IT and CCTV maintenance.
Requirements:
Knowledge of software, hardware, and CCTV systems.
Diploma / Graduate in IT or related field with 1-3 years of experience.
