Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Ensure network security, data backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Technical Support & Helpdesk Oversight
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Train staff on new technologies and IT policies.

Vendor & Asset Management
Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely upgrades or replacements.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, IT Act in India).
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Project Implementation & Support
Assist in planning and executing IT projects like system upgrades, migrations, or new software rollouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
6.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and IT expenditures.
7.
Policy Development & Enforcement
Help draft and enforce IT policies, including acceptable use, password protocols, and data handling.
Educate employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
