Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-



Provide technical support for all data center hardware & software systems including call center staff & agents. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system upgrades and improvements. Assist with the setup and maintenance of call center equipment, including IP phones and headsets. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure reliable internet access for agents. Train call center staff on basic IT procedures and best practices. Document and maintain records of IT support requests and solutions. Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to the call center environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
