Experience in handling NBFC software will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
Coordinate with software vendors, especially for NBFC-related applications.
Assist employees with IT-related queries and ensure smooth operational support.
Maintain system backups, updates, and IT documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an IT Support/Executive role.
Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with NBFC software preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.
