Job Title:

IT & ERP Manager

Experience:

10-15 years

Key responsibilities

IT Management:

Oversee and support the entire IT department, including network, hardware, and system administration. ERP System

Management:

Lead ERP implementation, integration, and maintenance, with a focus on real estate-specific processes.

Data and Security:

Maintain data integrity, manage backups, and ensure adherence to company IT policies.

Project Management:

Manage multiple IT and ERP projects, from planning to execution.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all systems and applications.

Reporting and Analysis:

Work with reporting and analytical tools to generate MIS reports and support business analysis.

Team and Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with various departments and external vendors, such as ERP partners.

Required skills and qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like IT or Computer Science is typically required.

Experience:

Proven experience (often 8+ years) in IT and ERP management, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate or construction industry.

ERP Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, specifically FarVision, InforSuite, or similar platforms used in real estate.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in SQL, database management (e.g., SQL Server), system integration, and data migration techniques.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
