This job will be part of the Keysight IT Global Computing and Collaboration, Identity & Access Management organization, chartered to securely manage digital identities and control access to resources by ensuring that the right individuals and systems have the right access to the right resources at the right time, while enabling a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly experience across the enterprise.
In this role, you will develop, implement, and govern enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions to strengthen security and ensure compliance across the organization. This position combines technical expertise in IAM with governance responsibilities to build scalable, secure, and compliant identity frameworks.
Responsibilities
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA):

• Design, implement, and support IGA solutions, including:

• Identity lifecycle management
• Access request and approval workflows
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Access certifications and recertifications
• Configure and maintain connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, policies, and APIs to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Manage segregation of duties (SoD) policies and risk controls.
• Collaborate with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle management.
• Build and implement identity governance controls leveraging best practices to establish a scalable foundation.
• Create and maintain documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

• Analyze, design, and maintain a complex Active Directory and Entra ID infrastructure, including hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement and support IAM processes such as identity lifecycle management, provisioning/de-provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, SSO, MFA, and role-based access control.
• Deliver and maintain Azure SSO integrations and manage technologies such as AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, AAD Connect, RBAC, Intune, Azure App Proxy, and Microsoft Security Stack.
• Support project efforts by modernizing IAM capabilities using standardized frameworks to foster sustainability and growth.
• Implement workflows and rules to maintain data accuracy across managed systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide operational support for IAM systems and implement enhancements and bug fixes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization; develop PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA (minimum 2-4 years preferred).
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance concepts, including:

• Identity lifecycle management
• Access certifications
• Role management
• SoD and risk management
• Experience integrating Saviynt with:

• Active Directory and/or Azure AD
• Cloud applications (SaaS) and on-prem systems
• Proficiency in Saviynt configuration, including

• Workflows
• Access request models
• Rules and policies
• Connectors
• Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory in hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in IAM technologies: SSO, MFA, Conditional Access Policies, RBAC.
• Experience with AAD Connect, Intune, Azure App Proxy, and Microsoft Security Stack.
• Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Java-based logic).
• Scripting & Automation: Advanced PowerShell skills for automation and configuration.
• Project & Collaboration Skills: Ability to support IAM modernization projects and work across cybersecurity, HR, and application teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
