We are hiring IT Engineer for Chennai Corporate office

Industry - TPA / Health Insurance



Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Role - Senior IT Engineer



Experience - 2-5 Years



CTC - 5 to 6 LPA



Preference - Immediate Joiner



Experience coordinating with software vendors, API developers, and cloud platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:



- Coordination & Ticket Management: Coordinate with software vendors and internal users to resolve IT/software tickets promptly.

- Track, prioritize, and follow up on issue resolution and system updates. Maintain documentation for all IT issues, resolutions, and enhancements.

- Application & Portal Management: Manage and monitor insurance and TPA portals, including member and provider access.

-Oversee website, web applications, and mobile application functionality and updates. Ensure seamless functioning and data synchronization between portals and core systems.

- API & System Integration: Coordinate with software teams for API development, testing, and deployment with insurance partners.

- Validate and troubleshoot API connectivity issues between systems (e.g., claims, policy, payment).

- Payment & Communication Platforms: Handle and monitor payment gateway integrations and transaction issues with banks/partners.

- Manage WhatsApp chatbot setup, templates, and communication flows for customer engagement.

- Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Manage AWS services, cloud storage, and backup systems for high availability and data security.

- Oversee mail servers, domain management, and ensure email delivery reliability.

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve software bugs or application errors in coordination with developers.

- Test and validate system updates or new feature releases before production rollout.

- Vendor & Internal Coordination: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all software development, maintenance, and integration activities.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Competencies:



- Strong understanding of insurance or TPA operations and related IT systems.

- Hands-on experience in software support, portal administration, and API integration.

- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud, domain/mail management, and web hosting.

- Familiarity with payment gateway and chatbot platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business API).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Knowledge of SQL, debugging tools, or basic scripting (preferred).
