We are hiring IT Engineer for Chennai Corporate office

.

Industry - TPA / Health Insurance

Role - Senior IT Engineer

Experience - 5 to 7 Years

CTC - 5 to 6 LPA

Preference - Immediate Joiner

Roles & Responsibilities

Has 5 to 7 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure on both Cloud and On-Premises

Should have experience in administering Windows Server, DNS & Active Directory

Working knowledge on Firewalls, Switches and Routers

Should have good understanding of Server technologies and be able to manage both Physical and Virtual Servers

Responsible for defining Storage requirements and taking back-up of end user devices and servers.

Be able to suggest cloud-based solutions to bring agility to Infrastructure.

Must have hands-on experience with setting up O365 tenant and be able to manage the Software licensing based on the available plans.

Good to have ITIL Foundation Certification

Should be able to maintain the Hardware and Software required to run the Business operations.

Should have experience in managing MPLS or SD-WAN networks as it is required to establish connectivity to all branch offices.

Hands-on experience in using IT Asset Management tool.

Performs preventive maintenance, test, and repair of equipment.

Working with Vendors for procuring licenses, warranty support and troubleshooting of IT Systems.
