Key Responsibilities

System Installation & Configuration:

Setting up and configuring hardware, software, networks, and applications.

Maintenance & Monitoring:

Continuously monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, and ensuring systems run efficiently and reliably.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.

Security:

Implementing and managing security protocols, such as firewalls, to protect the IT infrastructure.

User Support:

Providing technical assistance and training to end-users, managing user accounts, and documenting solutions to common problems.

Project Management:

Participating in IT projects from inception to completion, coordinating with other IT staff, and managing project timelines.

Documentation:

Creating and maintaining detailed records of systems, processes, and troubleshooting solutions.

Research & Development:

Evaluating and testing new technologies, and potentially researching and developing new software solutions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
