Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog), DVRs/NVRs, and ensure cameras are functioning properly.
Manage Access Control and Time Attendance systems and coordinate user updates with HR.
Provide desktop support including OS installation, system troubleshooting, and hardware replacement.
Maintain IT asset inventory and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalate critical issues to the IT Manager.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision / CP Plus).
Basic knowledge of LAN cabling and IP networking.
PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
