Design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, NAT, and ACL configurations.
Manage and support enterprise Routing & Switching environments.
Maintain and monitor network devices such as Fortinet firewalls & Cisco
Configure and support VPN solutions including SSL, IPsec, and Site-to-Site VPNs for remote user and branch connectivity.
Administer and support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and server management.
Troubleshoot OS, application, hardware, audio/display, printer, and driver-related issues for end users.
Manage virtualized environments using VMware and vSphere, including VM provisioning and performance optimization.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for system deployment, configuration, and support.
Perform patch management, vulnerability assessments, and system updates following defined change management protocols.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX.
Provide enterprise L1/L2 technical support in a helpdesk/contact center environment with timely incident resolution.
Collaborate effectively with global teams, share knowledge, and provide technical guidance with minimal supervision.
Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, incident records, and system configurations
Requirements
Bachelors degree in B.Tech / BE / B.Sc / BCA or equivalent.
Proven experience in network troubleshooting, network design, and architecture.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, ACL, and enterprise networking concepts.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, and Office 365 administration.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools, MDM management, and security compliance standards.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE are preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work in a globally distributed environment.
