Key Responsibilities:
Student Assessment:
Conduct evaluations (interests, strengths, weaknesses, aptitude) to understand individual needs.
Academic Guidance:
Advise on course selection, study habits, managing academic pressure, and preparing for exams.
Career & College Planning:
Provide information on career paths, educational programs, colleges, scholarships, and assist with applications.
Personal Support:
Address personal challenges like stress, motivation, and social concerns that impact learning.
Workshops & Seminars:
Organize sessions on career readiness, study skills, and educational opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sessions and track student progress.
Essential Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Empathy and understanding, Analytical and problem-solving skills, and Knowledge of educational systems and career trends.
