we are hiring both Senior & Junior Payroll Process Executives with IT EDP support in rotational shifts for esteemed Jute mill based out of Kolkata. The desired employees would be on the direct payroll of the company and would be responsible for taking and monitoring attendance, handling payroll processing tasks, providing IT support for Payroll attendance, and working in shifts that rotate between different times. This job role would likely involve calculating wages, managing deductions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing support for data processing using their already implemented & existing computer application system.
Payroll Process Executive Responsibilities:
Attendance monitoring
: Capturing Attendance and verification of Attendance for salary processing
Payroll Processing:
Calculation & Verification of salaries, wages, loans and deductions as per their already implemented payroll processing system
Compliance:
Ensuring payroll compliance with tax and other regulations. Checking of PF Process, ESI process and Income tax computation.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data.
Software Proficiency:
Utilizing the already implemented payroll software and systems.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of payroll data, including employee information, attendance, and paychecks.
Reporting:
Generate payroll reports for management and other stakeholders, including tax returns and compliance reports.
Employee Assistance:
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and provide assistance with paychecks and other payroll-related matters.
Software Management:
Must be responsible for managing already implemented payroll software, ensuring its functionality and accuracy.
Rotational Shift Responsibilities:
Shift Work:
Working shifts that rotate between different times, potentially including evenings and weekends.
Flexibility:
Adapting to different working schedules and potentially time zone differences.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor's degree or higher can apply.
Experience:
Experience in payroll process in a manufacturing company or establishment having approx 500 employees or above is mandatory .
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills are needed to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
Communication Skills:
Good communication skills are necessary.
Annual Compensation
Juniors Payroll Process executive with 2 years work experience - CTC 3.6 LPA
Senior Payroll Process Executive with 4 years relevant work experience - CTC 4.8 LPA
