Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical recruiting and talent acquisition, with the ability to identify and attract top-tier IT professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates who align with our organizational goals.

Duties



Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement. Utilize various sourcing methods including HR sourcing, social media management, and cold calling to attract candidates. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements. Negotiate offers and facilitate contract discussions with selected candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Implement talent management strategies to support succession planning and employee development. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo for tracking applicants and managing recruitment workflows. Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of emerging talent. Stay updated on employment & labor laws to ensure compliance during the hiring process.

Skills



Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage offer discussions. Proficiency in technical recruiting with an understanding of various IT roles and technologies. Experience in talent acquisition strategies including internal recruiting and executive recruiting. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or Kronos for managing employee data. Knowledge of Salesforce for lead generation and relationship management within recruitment efforts. Ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and candidate markets. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience in training & development initiatives related to onboarding new hires.
